Settlement on BATHRON is described in script and carried out by consensus. The same primitives compose, so a single agreement can depend on a Bitcoin fact, a secret and a deadline at once.

Markets, as one application
A provider with inventory can publish offers for a pair. Other providers can quote the same pair independently. Markets emerge from available inventory and executable settlement conditions, not from a listing decision.
